Herbaltime accepts only online orders.
- Online orders can be placed via our website using your major credit card.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. This email includes a link to an order status page allowing you to review your order and monitor its status.
- 24-48 hours later, you will received a shipment notice email with a tracking number upon shipment of the order to allow you to monitor its delivery.

We gladly accept all major credit cards for online orders.

Checks and Money Orders are NOT accepted.
Credit cards are authorized for the amount of the order upon submission of the online order.
Once shipped, the credit card will be charged for the amount of the order.
Any return credits or charges will be credited via the same credit card.

- Shipping methods will be calculated based on National Herbalife Warehouse shipping fees.
- We provide Ground, 2nd day, and Next Day shipping services.
- In the event that additional charges may apply, we may modify your order and notify you after the order has been processed.
- Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders.
- Our carriers, UPS and FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. All addresses must be a physical address.

Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

All Herbalife products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return, follow these three easy steps:

2. Sign the ONLY the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form and include both forms within your return (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
3. Email us for the address to send the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the orginally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
- Express Mail fees are non-refundable on returns.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
- Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their orginal packaging will not be refunded.

Secure Online Ordering: Yahoo! Store uses industry-standard, secure SSL encryption to accept your credit card orders to ensure that your online order is secure and that you are protected from fraud.

Your Privacy is taken seriously at Herbaltime.com. The personal information you provide such as name, address, credit card information and phone numbers are to process the order only. We will not give, sell, or rent your information to any third parties outside of our company unless authorized. Credit Card #'s are removed from our servers 30 days after you place your order.
Our prices already include the 25% discount from the retail price plus free shipping on all orders over $50.

(We employ standard National Herbalife Operating procedures. From our experience we would like to provide the clarifications below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service. It shows in our 95% Top Service approval rating!)
- Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same busines day. These orders should ship the same day.
- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems
- Occasionaly popular items are backordered at the National Herbalife warehouse.
- Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand and you must wait for the backordered item to ship separately later via USPS since it can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife Warehouse.
- Backordered items will be shipped USPS.
- If the backordered item was part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order, since Herbalife does not credit us.
